n order to implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, Creatcomm is committed to bringing wireless convenience to more people.

Shaanxi Province has always regarded poverty alleviation as the top priority, the first livelihood project and an important political task. Therefore, it is an indispensable link to improve the network construction in poor areas of Shaanxi and implement the transformation and upgrading of rural power network in poor areas. After effective communication, the senior management of Shaanxi government and Shaanxi Telecom hope that the telecom business can be combined with Rural Revitalization to solve the problems of mobile phone signals and network use of rural people in mountainous areas.

Considering the high cost of laying optical fiber, construction difficulties and other factors, Shaanxi Telecom is strongly willing to try innovative applications to solve the problems of mobile phone signals and broadband in mountainous and rural areas through new wireless bridge application products. Our FAE accompanied the customer to Ankang, Shaanxi for field test. In this test, the throughput of our TB8L & TB8M products with Pico base station has been recognized by Shaanxi Telecom, which has also laid a solid foundation for subsequent implementation.

The first round of test and acceptance has been completed, and the installation and test in the mountainous area has been suspended in the continuous rainstorm and flood. Shaanxi Telecom has decided that further arrangements will be made after the disaster is alleviated. And after the test, the person in charge of Shaanxi Telecom said that if the rural test points in mountainous areas are opened, the distance between rural areas and cities in Shaanxi will be shortened, and our product will also further contribute to the improvement of rural network in mountainous areas. This cooperation has made phased progress in improving the infrastructure of rural people in mountainous areas, and also laid a solid foundation for our follow-up products to serve the whole Shaanxi Province.

Inner Mongolia rural broadband coverage project experiment successfully completed

After going to Inner Mongolia for the first time in October 2020, our colleagues Xiaozhong and Guangshan of R&D center and Yuheng, later support partner, went to Wushen Banner of Inner Mongolia again in April 2021. This time, we need to deploy TB8L&TB8M, to build a long-distance broadband access link in pastures, to provide TV and data services to remote herdsmen’s homes, and to establish a connection with the internet.

Inner Mongolia in April are full of low temperature, sandstorm and other bad weather, our guys took down coat and traveled on the grassland and desert every day. They went to the herdsmen’s home to install equipment, adjust antenna and test the performance. They deployed three APs and more than 40 STAs, covered more than 3000 kilometers. The longest distance of the transmission is more than 21 kilometers.

After nearly three weeks of busy work, the experimental bureau successfully completed and ensured the TV signal and Internet service for more than 40 users.

Creatcomm has been affirmed by customers once again and, we also sincerely feel gratified and proud that it can bring convenience to people in remote areas and bring them access to the world.

Factory information construction – WMS

In order to promote the systematization, standardization and informatization construction of warehouse management, Cao Cuishuo, information technology department of production center, combined with the current actual situation of the company’s warehouse, repeatedly verified and developed WMS warehouse management system for half a year, which has been successfully put into trial operation.

Looking back on the past, it takes a long time to find out the electronic warehouse operation and the incoming materials. There are some shortcomings, such as wrong materials, difficult inventory, unable to control the first in first out and so on. The warehouse management is complex and inefficient.

After the WMS system is online, it can automatically recommend the shelf storage, prevent wrong materials, fast inventory, implement the first in first out control and real-time control of inventory, which greatly improves the work efficiency of the warehouse.

In the future, WMS system will be applied to institutional warehouse and finished product warehouse, combined with intelligent shelf lighting system and equipped with electronic display board to be put on shelves and delivered, which will further improve the intelligent management level of warehouse, so as to promote the intelligent management of warehouse and lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive information construction of factory production in the future.

Wireless coverage of tunnel power pipe gallery in Northeast of Xi’an

In order to serve the successful holding of the 14th National Games and the development and construction of Xi’an, the government of Xi’an put forward the demand of one-time relocation of 330KV overhead transmission lines in the northeast of Xi’an. The project involves a total of 4 substations (750 KV JingWei substation, 330 KV CaoTan substation, XuanWu substation and BeiJiao substation), 7 incoming and outgoing lines relocation, 2 new lines, and 2 new lines. The total investment of the project will reach 8.274 billion yuan.

Our FAE, on behalf of the customer’s technical personnel, went to the project site on December 22 to assist the customer to carry out field test and test multiple scenarios. In this test, the signal strength, download rate and other test results are beyond the design target requirements, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up project implementation.

Changchun North Lake National Wetland Park wireless monitoring & Coverage Project Construction

Changchun North Lake National Wetland Park is a national 4A scenic spot. In order to build a smart scenic spot, realize wireless monitoring, wireless coverage, broadcasting, one click alarm and so on, our FAE team assisted customers to carry out the pilot project in mid August, and carried out the feasibility evaluation. During this period, the pilot work went very smoothly, and the feasibility scheme of the project was also recognized by customers, which laid a solid foundation for the shelf entry of follow-up products.

SRTC test of 60GHz Wireless Equipment

At the request of MIIT, SRTC organized 60GHz product interference test in Shenzhen Pingshan Branch of Zhouming technology from August 3 to 5. Creatcomm was invited to test with Shenzhen Zhouming technology and DJI technology. One of the purposes of this test is also to promote the development of wireless standards for future 60GHz products.

The main test of the three companies in the use of 60GHz products in the process of whether there will be interference with each other. The test results show that in the outdoor environment, there is no interference problem with other equipment in the normal use scene. In this test, Creatcomm cooperated with the other two companies, and actively improved and solved the problems encountered in the test. Even in the face of heavy rain, but with the joint efforts of all, the test was completed as scheduled.

Zhuhai Canal Ecological Monitoring

In order to improve the real-time and reliability of water conservancy monitoring, and reduce the material loss in the process of work, our FAE team went to the front line to build Zhuhai canal ecological wireless monitoring system with customers. The canal monitoring system realizes the automatic monitoring of rainfall, reservoir water level, storage capacity and video pictures of all canals within the jurisdiction of the regulatory department, provides timely and accurate information for the safety management and operation scheduling of canals, timely warning, and provides basis for scientific decision-making, greatly improved the efficiency and quality of canal project management.

Ningxia Water Conservancy Monitoring

Before the introduction of Creatcomm products, the data monitoring projects of the Yellow River water diversion and irrigation project were all transmitted through 4G network. However, the 4G signal coverage was not stable, and the signal of some construction sections was weak or even no signal, resulting in a serious shortage of transmission bandwidth. Although the video transmission limit was below 720p, but the data received by the dispatching center was not available sometimes, which resulted in high operation cost, and can’t meet the needs.

In view of various problems, our customer finally chose our wireless bridge transmission solution, which quickly solved the problems of insufficient 4G bandwidth and high traffic charges. We use the combination transmission of TB5F + TB5E. After our FAE team deployed the devices quickly, all videos transmitted to the center stably and the quality is very clear. Our customer got a satisfactory results again.

Mainland

Taian Xintaisun Village Coal Company, a subsidiary of Shandong Energy Group, is mainly engaged in coal mining. In order to meet customers’ requirements for SIP voice access in mobile phone terminal in mine tunnel, wireless AP is planned to be deployed in mine tunnel to achieve full coverage. Meanwhile, TA2I product import test is carried out and possible abnormal points are checked out to ensure long-term follow-up use by customers. This project is a key pilot project in the mining area, which has been attached great importance to by all sides. Time constraints and heavy tasks are the most direct problems for our technicians.

In the underground field, our testers need to be fully armed down to 1000 meters deep for in-tunnel testing in coal mines. The walkway environment is very bad, difficult road, air dirty, muggy, poor feeling, even so, it could not stop us, and our efforts paid off in the end, the final results of SIP voice calls, roaming, packet loss rate, all aspects meet customer’s requirements.

Nanchang Building Material Market Monitoring Projects an old building material market and, if use the traditional cable solution, customer have to pay high costs, long term of project and different construction. Oversea

After the general election in India, our general manager and overseas sales team went to India together. They met with local partners and had in-depth communication with the head of customer business and CEO.

We showed our customers the technical effects of GPS Synchronized small microwave base station and Multifunctional AI edge computing platform. Excellent test results and performance demonstration have won the recognition of customers, and they actively invited us to attend India’s Security Exhibition. This visit has enhanced mutual understanding and communication, and it will surely lead to the landing of local projects as soon as possible.

To response to the needs of overseas customers, our FAE staff came to Penang, Malaysia, to carry out on-site POC project. We finally beat Cambium and EnGenius products after three days of outdoor test at the same environment. This result has strongly touched the customers, who have clearly indicated that they want to place an order to purchase our company’s plan.

After the test in Penang, out team flew to Kuala Lumpur immediately to join the electronic exhibition represent our customer. The latest WIFI radar biological detection solution and Multifunctional AI edge computing platform are displayed on the exhibition booth, which received great interest and attention from the participants. Customers said that they never thought that WIFI technology could be used in this way, and expressed their willingness to further communicate usage.
